Main street Middletown is 3 miles from the site via highway - less by easy shortcuts..
Main street Durham is about 3.5 miles
RT 5 / RT 68 / RT 91/ RT 15 / & RT 66 Junctions are within 8 miles of the site.
RT 9 which connects to RT 91 / RT 95 / Rt 66 is within 1 mile of the site.

It takes me almost 2 hrs to drive to Fitchburg MA - and it takes me almost 2 hrs to drive to the Tappanzee Bridge. it takes me about an hour to drive to the club meeting in Oxford but it takes Kevin way less time going the same way. It takes Philip way less time to get to the Fitchburg shows.... I will have to look up the times for other shows...
