Awards Dinner

The annual Awards/Christmas dinner will be held on Saturday, December 19 at the Brookside Inn in Oxford. As we have done previously the club will provide hors d'oeuvres and dinner will be served off the menu and paid for by each member. The menu and directions are shown at www.brooksideinnct.com.

We plan to start the dinner at 5:30pm and will probably be over by 7 or 7:30.

For those who, with their dogs, qualified for AKC, Parent Club or other qualified titles this past year, you will need to submit a completed form (click to Word Document form) identifying the dog, it's accomplishments, titles earned and information on the owner and breeder of the dog. The completed form must be returned to Sue Lapinski by email to earsup1@aol.com or by mailing the form to her address at 46 Towner Ln, Oxford CT 06478. These forms must be in Sue's hands either by email or hard copy by the 30th of November in order for Sue to have enough time to arrange for the printing of earned Certificates or other awards. Also misspellings in the notification forms will not be corrected after the awards are printed up, so double check your information before sending.

Please plan on coming to our awards dinner and enjoying the holiday season in a great setting with people who, like you, love their German Shepherd dogs.

We will need your input on your attendance no later than December 15th in order to inform the restaurant of the number of diners we will have.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! J&N Vaught
